Adeleen M. (Schrock) Millard

Adeleen M. (Schrock) Millard, 87, a 7 year resident of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home Community, Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 20, 2015 in Albert Einstein Medical Center.  She was born Saturday, July 14, 1928 in Somerset to the late Meyers L. and Ollie M. (Yoder) Schrock.  She was predeceased by her loving husband John L. Millard in 1996. 

She was a faithful member of Palmyra First United Methodist Church.  Adeleen retired as a legal secretary with the Board of Finance and Revenue.  She was also employed with General Telephone Company and Bell of PA. 

She is survived by 2 step-sons, John R. Millard and wife Joyce Ann of Flat Rock, NC and Gary L. Millard and wife Barbara of Collierville, TN; a nephew, Ronald Schrock and wife Nila of Somerset; and 2 nieces, Janet Morroco and husband Fredrick of Somerset, and Shari Myers and husband Larry of Harrisburg.  She was predeceased by her 10 older siblings. 

A graveside service at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery will be private and at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078.
