I met Scott upon his graduation from the academy. He was a quick learner and a very good Trooper. He was mature and professional in his actions. He was a nice person. I knew he would excel within The Pennsylvania State Police. Very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I want to thank you personally Cpl. Scott for all of the times that you worked with the Fisherville Vol. Fire Co.#1. You will be truly missed in the Upper Dauphin County. Scott was a classmate of mine at the academy. A real nice guy, very humble - you didn't even know he was there. He never bothered anyone, never complained - he just did what he was told to do. If someone didn't get along with Scott - there was something wrong with that person. I remember he won the academic award. Rest In Peace buddy, you'll be missed.
