Eva Mae (Rhine) Eshleman

Eva Mae (Rhine) Eshleman, 91 of Palmyra, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Twin Oaks Nursing Home. Born in Grantville on Wednesday, November 5, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Gerberich) Rhine. She was the wife of the late Paul H. Eshleman who died in 2003. Eva’s first husband, Merle R. Bell, died in 1965.

Mrs. Eshleman was retired from H.B. Reese Candy Company where she worked as a candy packer. She was a member of Conewago Chruch of the Brethren in Hershey where she was involved with quilting.

She is survived by four sons: Merle R. Bell, Jr. (Bev) of Annville; Ken C. Bell (Sherry) of Palmyra; Ronald L. Bell of Hershey and Alan L. Bell (Brenda) of Palmyra; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and a sister, Amy Rhoad of Campbelltown.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra at 11:00 AM. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Conewago Church of the Brethren, 7035 Schoolhouse Road, Hershey, PA 17033.
