Helen (Herr) Meily

Helen (Herr) Meily, 92, of Lebanon, passed away with family by her side on November 13, 2015 in Cedar Haven Nursing Home.  She was born December 29, 1922 in Palmyra to the late Andrew B. and Estella (Rhine) Herr.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Marlin W. Meily. 

Helen retired in 1985 from Hershey Foods 19 East Plant.  She enjoyed cleaning, traveling, and going to yard sales.  Most importantly she loved her family. 

She is survived by 4 nieces, Joanne Sells and husband Robert, Eileen Sattesahn and husband Harold, Barbara Herr and significant other Clarence Starner, and Pamela Daubert and husband David; and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a brother, Omar Herr; and a nephew Donald Herr. 

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 11 AM at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078 with her niece, Jenean Speck officiating.  Family and friends are invited for viewing from 10 AM until time of the service.  Burial will follow the service in Evangelical United Brethren Cemetery, Annville.
