Dad, I can't believe you are gone. I guess it hasn't hit yet because I really haven't cried. I know the past few months I cried a lot wondering when would be my last time seeing you and telling you how much I love you. I was always scared when I left the house thinking this could be my last time. I am so blessed to have been sitting beside you, with Toni and I each holding your hand until you finally transitioned to your new world. As much as it hurt to watch you leave, there was a calming feeling that came over me when you took your last breath. As hard as it was watching you leave, I am so happy that I was able to do one last thing for you and to tell you that we would be ok and that you would be fine. I am so sorry that you were in so much pain and that you suffered as much as you did. No one deserves that. Cancer sucks. I am so sad that you are gone, but I'm glad you are painfree finally. I will love you until my last breath. Please give my baby boy plenty of hugs and kisses from me. I am so envious of you that you got to be with my son before me. Please take care of him and watch over us. I love you dad. Always and forever, your Mighty Mouse. Rest in eternal peace.

Our hearts go out to Shirley and family. We are very sorry for your loss. Jay fought so hard for a long time! He is now at peace with God. He had a big heart and would do anything for you. He was such a loving and caring person! I know my dad really liked Jay too. Now they are together and will always be missed. Hard to believe mom and dad knew Jay and Shirley for over 50 years! Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. RIP Jay! We all love you. ❤️
