Jennifer Lynne (Eberly) Hedin

Jennifer L. (Eberly) Hedin, 55, of Etters, formerly of Palmyra, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at home. Born Sunday, April 23, 1961 in Hershey, she was the daughter of George A. and Audrey F. (Smith) Eberly of Palmyra.

Jennifer was a 1979 graduate of Palmyra High School. She earned a BS degree in Public Policy from Penn State in 1984. She previously worked for PHEAA in Harrisburg and Red Mill Elementary School. Most recently Jennifer worked as the administrative assistant to the superintendent of the West Shore School District.

Jennifer loved the beach, especially Ocean City, MD, and her two cats.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters: Carley T. Hedin (Jared Askey) of Elizabethtown and Allison K. Hedin of Etters;  a sister Karen L. Eberly of Palmyra, and Jennifer’s life partner Joseph R. Marshall of Etters.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 at 3:00 PM. Viewing will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
