Kas was my Father's cousin. I remember Kas at many family functions over many years. Many times she would be at my Grandma Balmer's Sunday Dinners. Kas was always a friendly woman with a sparkle in her eye. Her mother Anna Lehman and my Grandmother Mary Jane (Mammie) were sisters. One time my daughter Kimberly and I visited Kas at her home. She was all ready for us. She had made some of those special "large sugar cookies" that the Lehman girls were famous for...while at least in the family. She entertained us with photo albums of family and my Grandma Balmer along with my Aunt's Dot Reigle and Helen Ulrich. She was one special lady. My sympathy to the family. David Balmer, Jr.

My deepest sympathy to the Family. What a beautiful lady, pretty smile, and fun to be around. Now her and Bob are hand in hand again! May God hold you close now and in the days ahead.

Dear Dave and family, It is with great sadness I note the passing of your mom. She was a wonderful sunday school teacher and mentor to my son David. I remember him visiting her every week to read with her. She was lots of fun and had a great sense of humor. She told me stories from when our parents were young and probably silly. My thoughts are with you and she will be greatly missed. Yours, Barbara Satosky
