Ngoc E. Kreider

Ngoc Elisabeth Kreider, 55, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on May 4, 2017.  She was born April 26, 1962 in Saigon, Vietnam. 

Ngoc was an active member of Encounter Church of Palmyra and volunteered in the nursery.  She loved children and taking care of them, a role she took on at an orphanage in Vietnam and in her community of Palmyra.  Ngoc had a devoted prayer life and enjoyed crafting and planting flowers.  Most importantly she was a loving daughter, aunt, sister, and niece. 

She is survived by her mother, Kathryn A. Kreider; sister, Judy Laudermilch and husband John; nephew and niece, John, Jr. and Lyndsey Laudermilch; aunts, Barbara Nissley and husband Gene and Nancy Hoke and husband William; uncle H. Dale Kreider and wife Joan; and several cousins. 

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 11 AM at Encounter Church of Palmyra, 220 Campbelltown Rd., Palmyra 17078 with Rev. Terry W. Friesen officiating.  Family and friends are invited for visitation from 10 AM until time of the service.  Burial will follow services in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Dr., Lancaster 17604.
