Scott Anthony Reale, MD

Scott Anthony Reale, MD, 54, of New York City, NY passed away at the home of his parents in Palmyra, PA on Saturday, December 23, 2017 following a courageous battle with brain cancer.  He was born Thursday, January 3, 1963 in Hershey, PA to LeRoy A. and Susan J. (Breidenthal) Reale. 

In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by a sister, Kelley D. Nahodil of Palmyra and a brother, Chris R. Reale of Manhasett, Long Island.  He was predeceased by a brother, Nicholas J. Reale. He is also survived by 5 nephews who provided him with much joy.

A memorial service will be held for family and friends on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Crestwood Cremation & Funeral Services, 445 West 43rd Street New York, New York 10036.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palmyra Public Library, 50 Landings Drive, Suite B Annville, PA 17003 for Children's Programs.
