Wayne W. Fritz

Wayne W. Fritz, 82 of Campbelltown, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Carolyn’s Hospice House in Linglestown. Born Thursday, August 17, 1933 in Somerset, he was the son of the late Rea and Margaret Fritz. He was married for 61 years to Norma J. (Gingrich) Fritz of Campbelltown.

Wayne was retired from Bethlehem Steel where he worked as a supervisor in the metallurgy department. He was a member of Mountain View Bible Church in Hummelstown, and enjoyed golfing and bowling.

In addition to his wife Norma, he is survived by a daughter Tammy J. Bennett of Middletown; two sons: Douglas N. Fritz and his wife Lori of Palmyra and Bradley W. Fritz and his wife Lisa of Palmyra; four grandchildren: Lindsey Bennett, Jillian Farr, Kelsey Farr and Lauren Barna; three great grandchildren and three sisters: Blanche Lutz, Alice Alexander and Joan Runkle.

Wayne was predeceased by a sister Audrey Lebo.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra at 11:00 AM. There will be no viewing. Family visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
