Loretta May (Stradling) Beadle

Loretta May (Stradling) Beadle, 98, of Newville, formerly of Morrisville, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Green Ridge Village, Newville.  She was born Monday, December 11, 1922 in Morrisville to the late John K. and Margaret (Ely) Stradling.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Robert C. Beadle on Tuesday, November 1, 1994.

Loretta graduated from Morrisville High School, was active at the Morrisville Senior Center where she served on the board of directors.  She enjoyed trips to the casino, reading, bowling, travelling on cruises, playing bingo and her beloved Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles.  Most of all she cherished her family and loved them unconditionally.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. 

She is survived by three daughters, Roberta Fournier and husband Frank of Carlisle, Barbara Hughes and husband Charles of Morrisville and LuAnn Drabb and husband Richard of Levittown; a son, Thomas Beadle of New Hope; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Nancy Beadle.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Ewing Church Cemetery and Mausoleum in Ewing, NJ.  Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 has been entrusted with the arrangements.
