Ada K. (Wagner) Cope, 97, of Annville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. She was born on Saturday July 2, 1921 to the late Harry D., Sr. and Mamie (Kann) Wagner. She is predeceased by her loving husband Carl E. Cope since 1977.
Ada graduated from Hershey High School in 1939. She was a faithful member of the Campbelltown United Methodist Church as well as part of the board and also the choir for over 50 years. Ada also was a member of the Eastern Star, the Palmyra Chapter 402. Most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Surviving are her children: Cynthia E. Beam and husband Kenneth, Jeffrey L. Cope and wife Denise, Craig E. Cope and wife Pandora, and David R. Cope and wife Cynthia; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by a daughter Meredith C. Telesha and brothers, Harry D. (Jim) Wagner, Jr., and Vernon E. (Jack) Wagner.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 11 AM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, Pennsylvania 17078 with The Reverend Leonard S. Knighton, Chaplain of the Lebanon Valley Home, Annville officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park, Annville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Benevolent Fund at the Lebanon Valley Home, 550 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003.
