Angel L. Ramos

Angel L. Ramos, 83, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully in his home with family by his side on Tuesday, April 23, 2019.  He was born Saturday September 21, 1935 to the late Flores and Rosalia (Vega) Ramos. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Ramona (Ramon) Ramos.

Angel retired from the Hershey Entertainment & Resort Co. after 38 years as a Storeroom Manager. In his spare time he enjoyed working on his cars, truck and gardening.  However his true pastime was relaxing in his hammock after fishing for turtles in his creek.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children: Gloria Moll, Miguel “Mike” Ramos, Olga Ortiz, Gracia Nothstein and husband Bryce Nothstein; grandchildren, Carlos Moll, Jr. and significant other Shana Roberts, Melissa Eisenhauer and husband Brad, Christina Salazar and husband Boris, Janell Ortiz fiance Darnell Foster, Camden Ramos, and Derek Nothstein; great-grandchildren, Taleigha Peiffer, Makayla Horn, Liliana Eisenhauer, Alex Afandor-Salazar, Julissa Cintron-Salazar, Camila Salazar, Erica Caraballo, Samara Caraballo, Janessa Mestlin, Bradly Eisenhauer, and Tyler Eisenhauer; siblings, Nereida Ramos-Vega, Angelita Seguinot, and Manuel “Papo” Ruiz.  He is predeceased by his siblings Candida “Eno” Figueroa, Francisca “Tete” Arroyo, Juanita “Ady” Ramos, and Jose “Pepe” Ramos Vega and a son-in-law Carlos Moll, Sr..

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 11 AM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078 with Father Jose Mera Vallejos officiating.  Viewing will be held Monday, April 29 from 6PM to 8PM at the funeral home and Tuesday at 10AM until the time of the service.  Burial will follow the service on Tuesday at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
