Elizabeth A. (O'Toole) Duffy

Elizabeth A. O’Toole (Campbell) Duffy, of Palmyra, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018.  Born Saturday, January 8, 1942 at the University Hospital, Philadelphia to the late Joseph F. Sr., and Mary A. (Coyle) O’Toole.  She is survived by her loving husband Robert M. Duffy.

She enjoyed her grandchildren, along with knitting sewing and spending time with her friends.  She also enjoyed her two dogs and cat.  She worked for Colonial Life Insurance Company for a number of years along with Robert Erwin at Nationwide Insurance Company for 12 years.  Elizabeth was a 1959 graduate of Blain Union High School and was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church, Palmyra.  Most importantly she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

In addition to her husband she is survived by 3 sons, Jeffrey and wife Maria, Kevin and wife Dawn, and Rodney Campbell; grandchildren, Zachary Campbell and wife Armine, Collin, Morgan, Payton, and Riley Campbell; great-granddaughter, Ariel; brother, Joseph O’Toole; sister Barbara Gondol and husband David; several siblings in Hawaii; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She is predeceased by a sister Lillian Mathews.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 11AM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078 with Chaplin Keith Searfoss of Grane Hospice officiating.  Viewing will be held from 10AM until the time of service.  Burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
