Helen J. (Brown) Seibert

Helen J. (Brown) Seibert, 88, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Columbia Cottage, Palmyra, where she resided for the past five years.  Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Edward C. Seibert, Sr., in June of 1992.

She was born Wednesday, January 29, 1930, the youngest of four children of Albert and Helen (Ulrich) Brown, grew up in Quentin, Lebanon County and was the last surviving sibling. 

Helen was a retired employee of Reese’s Candy Company where she worked for over 30 years.

She is survived by her sons, Edward C. Seibert, Jr. and wife, Barbara, of Hershey and Dale A. Seibert, and wife, Nancy, of Palmyra.  Also surviving are 4 grandchildren: Terrilyn Seibert (Jared) Akers, Tanisha Seibert (Jared) Taylor, Corey Seibert, Colleen Seibert (Adam) Sheibley and 11 great grandchildren: Taegan, Jaelyn, Kaesyn, Zane, Layden and Paetyn Akers, McKinley, Gracen, Emmersyn and Maddox Taylor and Carson Sheibley.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA  17078, 717-838-9211 with the Reverend Donté Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.  There will be a viewing held at the funeral home on Monday from 9:30 AM until the time of the service.
