Jennette Annie (Keck) Finkenbinder, 93, of Newville, went to be with The Lord on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Green Ridge Village, Newville. She was born Thursday, April 24, 1924 in Newville to the late Frank and Jennie (Yiengst) Keck. She was predeceased on Saturday, February 22, 1975 by her loving husband, Clair M. Finkenbinder, Sr.
She lived her life for the Lord, spending time daily in HIS word, and by loving her husband, raising her children in HIS light, and working hard every day on the family farm. She shared her endless love through her amazing cooking and will forever be remembered for her simple love of nature, and its beautiful wonder, especially cardinals. She set an example of selfless love that can be seen throughout her family.
She is survived by two sons, Clair M. Finkenbinder, Jr. and wife Karen of Carlisle and Dennis L. Finkenbinder and wife Tracy of Enola; three daughters, Donna R. Hollenbaugh and husband Dale of Shippensburg, Maxine L. Dyarman of Carlisle and Marcella A. Bigler of Newville; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren; a brother, Donald Keck. She was predeceased by two sons-in-law, George L. Bigler, Jr. and Roy E. Dyarman; two granddaughters, Christina L. Bigler and Heather J. Hayslett; two great grandchildren, Shawn A. Hyser and Cara M. Finkenbinder; 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
A graveside service will take place on Monday, March 26th at 11:00 AM at Westminster Memorial Gardens, 1159 Newville Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 with Pastor Wayne Good officiating. Finkenbinder Family Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the arrangements.
