Lois Jean (Overdorff) Fegan, 86, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 6, 2018 in the comfort of her home. Born October 8, 1931 in Johnstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Gertrude (Stonebreaker) Overdorff. She was married to Frank E. Fegan who passed away in 2015.
Lois worked as a secretary at the Pentagon in Washington, DC when she met her handsome sailor, Frank. She always had a friendly smile on her face and loved talking to everyone at local garage sales. She was deeply devoted to her faith as one of Jehovah’s witnesses.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Terry Zartman (David) and Frankie Kramlick (Rick); five grandchildren: Jessica Wertz, Kurt Zartman, Natalie Perri, Benjamin Gingrich and Zachary Gingrich; eight great grandchildren and two sisters, Joyce Stimac and Phyliss Bash. She was preceded in death by a son, Sean Fegan who died in 1992.
Private services will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078.
