Patricia B. (Batten) Wiley

Patricia B. (Batten) Wiley, 83, of Londonderry Village, Palmyra, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Hershey Medical Center following a brief illness. 

Born Tuesday, July 11, 1933 in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Frank A. and Elizabeth May (Dammock) Batten.  Her husband of 45 years, John M. Wiley, preceded her in death on October 6, 2000.  She is survived by her children: Scott D. Wiley and wife, Beth, of Millersville, MD, Steven J. Wiley, of Doylestown, PA and Susan M. Aldrich, of Reinholds, PA.  Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a brother, Jack A. Batten, of St. Louis, MO.

Patricia, known by many in the community as Pat, was an active member of the Derry Presbyterian Church in Hershey, a member of the Red Hats and enjoyed planning the lunch and learn series at LVBH for the past several years. She loved nothing more than spending time with family and friends, particularly at holiday get-togethers with her large extended family. 

Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, May 26, 2017 in the DiMatteo Worship Center at Londonderry Village, 1200 Grubb Road, Palmyra, PA  17078 with the Rev. Dr. Marie L. Buffaloe and Chaplain Mary Eller officiating.  A viewing will be held from Noon until the time of the service. 

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, 352 South Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
