Shirley M. (Muth) Kline, 84, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the Kadima Rehab. & Nursing at Palmyra. Born Wednesday, March 13, 1935 to the late Ammon and Edna (Grumbine) Muth. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Kenneth E. Kline.
As a Christian business owner Shirley had a talent and passion for sewing, she specifically worked on and created custom drapery for her business. She had a love for camping and also square dancing. Most importantly she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Above all else her greatest passion in life was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughters: Cynthia Blauch and husband Lynn and Susan Kline; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and sister, Joyce Yingst. She is predeceased by a son, Douglas Kline, brothers, Robert, William and Richard Muth, and a sister, Marion Knapp.
A memorial service will be held Monday, March 25, 2019 at noon at the Gravel Hill United Methodist Church, 131 Gravel Hill Rd., Palmyra, PA 17078 with Reverend Douglas Smith Officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Grane Hospice, 1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
