Vicki Lynn (Sears) Miller

Vicki Lynn Miller, 69, of Annville died Friday, December 28, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was the wife of William F. Miller, Jr. 

She was the daughter of the late James H. and Evelyn R. Sears. 

Vicki graduated from John Harris High School in 1967, and received her college degree from Penn State University. She retired from Derry Township School District after 34 years as a 5th grade teacher. She was a member of Palm Lutheran Church, Palmyra. Vicki enjoyed gardening, traveling, reading, golfing, and spending time with her loving family.

Surviving in addition to her husband, is daughter Alison Evelyn (Pavone) Poplaski and spouse Kyle of Lititz, and two grandchildren Luke and Grace. Her step-children are Roger (Anna) Miller, Linnette (Geo) Montarsi, and Pamela (Richard) Elko. Her step-grandchildren are Natasha Heath, Nikolas Miller, Hayden Elko, and Brenna Elko. 

She is also survived by her brother, Ivan (Christine) Sears and nieces Amanda Sears, Emily Sears, and Michelle (Lex) Fogle, and nephew James (Betsy) Sears, as well as great niece Claire Fogle, and great nephew Harrison Sears. She also precedes many loving Pavone family members and friends. 

A memorial service will be held at Palm Lutheran Church, 11 West Cherry Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service and also immediately following the service at the luncheon. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
