Thinking of you all at this difficult time and remembering our treasured times together, Hershey in 2012. Your Dear Mom's visits to Newfoundland, including her drive in the convertible with Don and special family get togethers. May precious memories live on in your hearts forever. You now have a special guardian angel to watch over you. Til we meet again, God Bless you all.
With love and heartfelt sympathy, Diane, Don, David and Dayna

Dear Family,
I was saddened to hear of my dear cousin Violet's passing. Although we had seldom met in person we exchanged Christmas cards for many years. She always kept me abreast of her and her family's activities and, of course, I also did the same.

My first memory of Violet is of going to her mother's home in St. John's with my sister to meet our grown-up married cousin, Violet. She must have been home for a visit. To my child-like eyes she looked like a princess and she remained the same to me her whole life!

Sending my most sincere condolences to all of you at this sad time.

Lois MacBay Gill
Botwood, Newfoundland

(My father, Peter McBay and Violet's father, John (or Uncle Jack as we called him) were brothers.)

Myra, thank you for your thoughts for our mom. She enjoyed keeping in touch with her classmates and visiting when in Newfoundland. We added some photos to this site...and may see a class photo. She is dearly missed. Thank you, Deb (daughter)

It is with sincere condolence to you, Vi's (As she was known to her classmates of PWC , me my wife Joan Mitchell) family. As the years pasted, she along with her St. John's got together as often as their travel plans permitted, and now, those friends are becoming fewer and fewer along with my wife two years ago, but, as already stated by her family Heaven of her desired destiny is finally achieved and not only will she be reunited with her family and friends but will also meet her Lord and Saviour.
Enjoy your memories of her, both good and not so good, and your grief will turn to appreciation of her and here love for you. May God give you peace and comfort at this of her celebration. Psalm 94;19

When my Uncle Dick brought Aunt Bo to Pennsylvania as his new Bride, I thought she was as beautiful as a movie star. Her accent also intrigued me very much. She was a very special person, and I loved her dearly. She always had that little extra class that made all who knew her know just how special she really was The stars will shine a little brighter now as she enters her Heavenly home to be with her parents, her sister, and her beloved Husband.
