Charles J. Lamb, 88, of Elizabethtown, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 29, 2020, at Paramount Senior Living, Maytown. Born Sunday, July 12, 1931, in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Rainel A. and Helen (Yambor) Lamb. He was married to Diane H. (Lambert) Lamb on May 29, 1954.
Charlie enjoyed his fruit trees, bee keeping, model trains, gems and minerals as well as building things.
In addition to his wife of over 66 years, he is survived by six children: Daniel Lamb, married to Cynthia, of Elizabethtown; Deborah Bollinger, married to Jim, of Greenville, Virginia; Denise Love, married to David, of McAllen, Texas; David Lamb, married to Christine, of Middletown; Doug Lamb, married to Faith, of Elizabethtown and Donald Lamb, married to Nanette, of Elizabethtown. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; a brother, Thomas Lamb, married to Edith, of Florida, as well as Charlie’s extended family and caring friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, 717-367-1543.
