John Henry Fach, Jr., 71, of Harrisburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 24, 2021 at the Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg.  He was born Thursday, March 30, 1950 to the late John Henry Fach, Sr. and Dorothy Louise (Jackson) Fach.

 

John was a proud Navy Veteran.  He had a passion for animals, especially pugs.  He enjoyed fishing and watching WWF fights in his spare time.  He also enjoyed spending time at the casinos.  More than anything he enjoyed spending time with his family, he was a loving companion and brother.

 

He is survived by his girlfriend: Maryann Gerhold and her children and grandchildren, Katie Gerhold and Jon, Jackie and Christian Siler, Scarlett and Madelyn Siler; siblings, Linda Walker, Carol Sue Raudensky, Wayne Fach and wife Genie, and Dixie Hoover; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He is predeceased by his siblings, Debbie Fach, William “Bill” Fach, and Lynn “Skip” Edward Fach, Sr.

 

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 1PM at the Highspire First Church of God, 115 2nd St., Highspire, PA 17034 with Pastor Dave Anderson officiating.  A private burial will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
