to Mrs. Sipe's family, I am so sorry for your loss. I used to live next to your parents ( in the stone farmhouse) on E.Caracas Ave. They were so kind to my my family and your dad always would share gifts from his garden. Your mom would be sitting in the kitchen window and would wave and smile every day. Many fond memories and I'm so sad to see that they are now both passed. They wrote me a wonderful note of condolence upon the death of my youngest daughter in 2008. We had already moved to another home in Hershey at that time, but I will always remember their kindness. My thoughts and prayers to you all on your loss. Katen Drew
