To the Starner family I'am so sorry to hear about Mr. Starner he was a close friend of my husband Charlie Keyton.

They rode motorcycles together when they were young men..
He was always so nice and always greeted everyone with a smile and respect. Palmyra, Pa lost a great man. God Bless and Keep the family. Mrs. Pauline Keyton.

My condolences to the Starner Family. Starner was an amazing man. No matter what he was going through he will always have a smile on his face. I could have been going through a rough day but if he called the office or came in I smiled just because it was him. He will truly be missed. God has another Beautiful Angel for his army. Gone but never forgotten.
