Ralph P. Meyer

Ralph P. Meyer, 72, of Palmyra, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Florida. Born February 12, 1943 in Lebanon, PA, he was the son of the late Paul L. and Emma (Kline) Meyer. He was married to Carol A. (Grogan) Meyer.

Ralph began his career as a CPA and then spent his adult life as an owner and the CEO of Meyer Packaging until its closure in 2004.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons: Ted Meyer (married to Tammy (Wenner) with two children, Cole and Ava), Andy Meyer (married to Keira (Strickler) with one child, Owen), and Alex Meyer (married to Carole (Roethlein)); and one brother: Stephen L. Meyer.

With a concern for the welfare of those that will gather, a delayed memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at The Timbers. Located at 350 Timber Road, Mt. Gretna, PA 17064. Please arrive between 1:00 and 1:30pm and join the family in remembering Ralph. The formal remembrance time will be lead by The Reverend Doctor William H. Cluley.
